Jennifer Snow has nearly two decades of experience in management/leadership roles, in professional and volunteer settings internationally. In her current role as Associate Director for Agriculture and Volunteer Programs at Winrock International, she oversees a $97 million portfolio of projects to improve food security, increase incomes, and strengthen agriculture sector institutions in Africa and Asia. This includes several projects that engage skilled volunteers to provide training and technical assistance in developing countries. Jennifer previously served as Senior Director of Development for Junior Achievement of Northern California, where she fundraised and designed corporate volunteer engagements to support youth programs. She has also contributed her leadership and teaching skills on numerous volunteer engagements, including as a youth mentor in Peru, trainer for NGOs in Asia, host family and mentor for international students in Arizona and volunteer team leader to improve schools in Washington, D.C. She was a member of the Pioneer Leadership Program at the University of Denver, and since then has confirmed a strong personal commitment to continuously improving her leadership skills, particularly through work with nonprofit organizations.
