Cheryl Jones is the President & CEO of Girls Incorporated of St. Louis. Girls Inc. provides educational, recreational, and cultural programs to girls in a safe environment to enable them to raise their aspirations and realize their potential. Girls Inc. inspires all girls to be Strong, Smart and Bold! In 2015, Girls Incorporated became the number one affiliate. The mission of Girls Incorporated is to inspire all girls to be strong, smart and bold by providing educational, recreational and cultural programs to girls in a safe environment to enable them to raise their aspirations and realize their potential. Girls Incorporated serves girls ages 5 to 18. The organizations currently reach over 8000+ girls annually. Cheryl Jones has served on a corporate board for Reliance Bank. She has been a Director since April 2013. Cheryl also serves on Community Reinvestment Act, Compliance and Audit Committees. Mrs. Jones served on the board of Directors for The Wilson School (Vice President), Citizens for Missouri Children, YMCA, Focus St. Louis, Program Advisory, Focus St. Louis- Class Selection/Scholarship Committee, COCA (Vice President and Strategic Planning Chair), National Conference for Community and Justice, and YWCA. Served on a variety of advisory committees with Focus St. Louis, The Women’s Foundation and MICDS. Hampshire. Cheryl Jones for 17 years was the President of Jones & Associates, Inc. Jones & Associates, Inc. focused on providing individuals and organizations with strategies and solutions to bring out their best performance and effect positive change. Cheryl created this company to inspire others to become leaders who can transform corporate and business environment where employees of all diverse backgrounds can experience extraordinary success. Cheryl’s areas of expertise: Leadership; culture; complex systems; change management; recruitment; diversity and inclusion. She is an outstanding stand-up trainer who creates excitement, involvement and commitment among participants. Cheryl has customized many services to clients such as Frito-Lay, Ralston Purina, Citigroup, Sara Lee, Edward Jones, Nestle Purina, Pepsi Americas, Tyco Healthcare, Barnes Jewish Hospital, AT&T, Anheuser-Busch and NASA. Mrs. Jones received a Bachelor of Science from Howard University, in Washington, D.C. She participated in the Executive Development Program at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Hanover, New. She was selected as an American Express Aspen Institute Fellowship (2017) and Washington University Business Management for Nonprofit Leaders Program. Jones is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, The Links Inc. (served on the Executive Council 2014-2018) and Carrousel, Inc.
