Nicole Amri on Co-Leadership to Stay Connected to the Creative Power of the Work
Are you charting your own leadership path? Nicole Amri loves her #nonprofit job, and to keep loving it, she and a colleague proposed a unique approach: co-leadership.
Nicole is the Co-Executive Director of SAY Sí, a national-award-winning creative youth development program in San Antonio, Texas. She has been a part of SAY Sí for sixteen years—her journey started as a high school freshman participant, and took her to the role of Co-Executive Director.
Amri currently serves on local committees such as: SA2020 Advisory Council and the Advisory Board for the Advanced Learning Academy. Her artwork predominantly explores human rights issues with a focus on interpersonal relationships and societal conditions
