“The ability to lead doesn’t necessarily mean having all of the answers, but to be a leader is to bring people together to get diverse perspectives and to create the space where those conversations can happen.” With this mindset, following the migratory routes of shorebirds, Monica empowers the people working and living in places the birds rely on, in order to collectively conserve these species.
