Jane Wales, Vice President of the Aspen Institute, runs the nonprofit leadership program that brings together social purpose leaders from around to connect in an innovative way: part of the program involves deep discussion around reading ranging from Plato to the Declaration of Independence. This opens a space for leaders to step back from the day-to-day and connect with peers from around the world.
