IssueVoter

I must recommend IssueVoter as the best way to be civically engaged year-round. Individuals use IssueVoter to get alerts about new bills related to issues they care about, send opinions to their Representative before Congress votes, and track how often s/he represents them. We are the only site that provides a personalized scorecard of how your rep voted.
